How do I shop with Boards Direct?

Browse our website. When you find the product you require, select the quantity then click the 'Add to cart' icon.

To view your cart, simply click the 'shopping trolley' icon at the top of the screen. When you are ready to check out, just click the checkout button. Choose your delivery area. Our website will give you a final order total including delivery fee (where applicable) and GST. GST is calculated at this check out stage. You will then be asked for your delivery details and your preferred method of payment. When completed please sit back and relax - you order will be processed and delivered shortly!

When will my order be delivered?

This will depend on your location, stock availability and whether we need to make your board to order. Standard stock products are generally despatched within 24-48 hours. 'Made To Order' (MTO) products can take up to 15 working days. See Delivery and Returns for more information.

As a guide for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth METRO areas we generally expect delivery to be made within 2-3 working days. Delivery to NON-METRO areas and other locations may take up to 10 working days.

Are prices displayed inclusive of GST? Will I get a Tax Invoice with my purchase?

Yes. All prices displayed on the website are GST inclusive and Boards Direct will provide a Tax Invoice for your purchase stating the amount of GST included in the total value of the order. The Boards Direct ABN number will be printed on your tax invoice. It is 31 813 907 502.

Which whiteboard should I order? Will it suit my needs?

Yes. We offer a range of whiteboards with a choice of different writing surfaces to suit all needs, applications and frequency of use. It's important you choose the correct board to meet your expectations. See our How to Select a Whiteboard guide for more help.

Which pinboard (or noticeboard) should I order? Will it suit my needs?

Yes. We offer a range of pinboards (or noticeboards) with a choice of different colour fabrics, frames and sizes to suit all needs and applications. See our How to Select a Pinboard guide for more help.

Can I get a custom size board? Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes and Yes. Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Do you offer installation? Is it easy to install the boards myself?

Yes. Our boards require minimal installation. A competent handyman should be able to install the boards easily. We do recommend a 2-person install on larger boards to comply with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) rules. Clear detailed instructions are supplied with each board. If you need assistance please email or phone us, we are happy to help.

Yes. We can provide an installation service in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas. Please email or phone us prior to ordering for a quote. 

How do I pay for my order?

There are many ways to pay for your order from Boards Direct, so please choose the method that best suits you.

We accept PayPal, ALL major credit cards, including AMEX (A 2.5% processing charge applies to PayPal transactions) and EFT payments (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please note: PayPal and credit card transactions will appear on your statement as ESPECIALLY OFFICE

For Government Agencies and Educational Facilities, we offer pre-approved 30 day account terms subject to the receipt of an official purchase order number at the time of order. This can be sent by email. Pre-approved 30 day account terms apply strictly to standard stock items only. 'Made To Order' (MTO) products require payment in FULL prior to manufacture.
